Staatsbesuch Erich Honeckers in der Volksrepublik Polen. Der Staatsratsvorsitzende der DDR hält eine Rede anlässlich des Besuchs einer Kohlemine im Oberschlesichen Industriegebiet. Der Staatsbesuch Honeckers in Polen war der erste Besuch eines verbündeten Staats- und Parteichefs in Polen nach der Verhängung des Kriegsrechts am 13.12.1981. Er bedeutete für Polen eine gewisse politische Rehabilitation.
