The final curtain has fallen. Margret Brademann closes the theater history exhibition in the boathouse of the Brecht-Weigel-Haus in Buckow. It had been on display since June 1977. Now, with EU funding, it is being remodeled and redesigned. The most important exhibit is the legendary covered wagon from the production of "Mother Courage and Her Children" at the Deutsches Theater on January 11, 1949, and the costumes by Helene Weigel, who played the role of Mother Courage for the first time in this production.
